Our Botanical Mists have been created by carefully blending pure essential oils to create wonderful unisex aromatherapy sprays. These are combined with the targeted benefits of Bach Flower Remedies to really enhance their effectiveness. Dr Bach believed that our emotional state was the cause of physical health problems and so he developed flower remedies based around our emotional responses to help support us in our daily lives. 

Directions: 

To enjoy the therapeutic benefits of essential oils and flower remedies, apply to pulse points, spritz onto the outside of your mask or on a cotton cloth and place over the forehead, or spray around your environment. This Botanical Mist can also be used as a hand rub or as a yoga or Pilates mat spray.
