The one-a-day Relax Supplements promote peacefulness and the Calm Botanical Mist helps create a sense of restfulness and tranquillity, with essential oils and flower essences.

Rhodiola, B Vitamins and magnesium support the normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function, plus ashwagandha and lemon balm to aid relaxation. Lemon balm and B6 also contribute to the regulation of hormone activity in both men and women. Designed to be taken as a preventative measure or when extra help is needed during stressful times.

A unisex spritz to help relax and de-stress your mind and body and create a sense of peace and tranquility... with essential oils of Vetiver, Cedarwood, Sweet Orange and Frankincense and Bach Flower Remedies.

Our Botanical Mists have been created by carefully blending pure essential oils to create wonderful unisex aromatherapy sprays. These are combined with the targeted benefits of Bach Flower Remedies to really enhance their effectiveness. Dr Bach believed that our emotional state was the cause of physical health problems and so he developed flower remedies based around our emotional responses to help support us in our daily lives. 

Directions: 

To enjoy the therapeutic benefits of essential oils and flower remedies, apply to pulse points, spritz onto the outside of your mask or on a cotton cloth and place over the forehead, or spray around your environment. 

This Botanical Mist can also be used as a yoga or Pilates mat spray or as an aid for meditation.
