Energy Supplement

Ashwagandha, Siberian ginseng, B vitamins and iodine contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Designed to be taken one a day or as and when needed during times of low energy.
